I have my schedule

Ok, after analyzing my schedule for next semester I think I’ve come up with the best sleeping cycle. For Monday through Saturday I’ve chosen this.

  1. 0130-0200
  2. 0530-0600
  3. 1030-1100
  4. 1330-1400
  5. 1730-1800
  6. 2130-2200

For Sunday I think I’ll just be lazy and sleep almost the whole time I’m not at church. It’s too hard to make it fit with my normal weekly schedule. So I’ll just make Sunday a day of rest. Maybe that will help reduce any physical/mental problems that may occur. Anyway I just took my first nap on this schedule. Too bad it gets so hot in my pickup :S. Hopefully it will stick this time.
